Policies & Cancellations
Please be advised there is a 15 minute grace period for each appointment. Any client arriving after 15 minutes from their appointment time will be considered a missed appointment. If you are running late please call the salon BEFORE your appointment and we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, please understand that we have to honor and respect clients’ appointment times so this policy is strictly enforced. Our salon has a STRICT no children policy unless the accompanied child is receiving a service. Guests who bring small children to their appointment will be asked to reschedule.
In order to accommodate all clients, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Please provide a cancellation notice 48 hours prior to your appointment. This is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee of up to 50% of your service.
No show clients will not be re-booked until the cancellation fee is received.
Deposits are non-refundable.
